Low carb, high protein buffalo chicken dip! Perfect for lunch prep, make as many at once as you like. The dip is only 5 ingredients! I choose not to blend my cottage cheese for these, but if you prefer a smoother texture, blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Use your choice of shredded cheese. Add the amount of buffalo according to how spicy you like.

  • 5 oz. canned chicken
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • Buffalo to taste (I used probably 3Tbsp.)
  • Ranch powder to taste (I used about 1.5tsp.)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  1. Drain chicken. Blend cottage cheese, if desired
  2. Add all 5 ingredients listed above to microwave safe container
  3. Stir to combine
  4. Microwave apx. 1 min. 30 seconds
  5. Mix well, serve with protein chips for added protein
  6. Enjoy!
